YOU CAN THINK OF IT AS SOMATIC EXCAVATION – we’ll go deep into each chakra, working through our actions, belief systems, and unconscious programming. Then we’ll go even deeper into our own ancestral lineages, addressing and transforming DNA patterns and cultural histories.
We’ll map the interface between our endocrine and nervous systems, our subtle bodies, the spiritual body and Source.
After all, this work is not about transcending yourself and becoming pure spirit. It’s about embracing the paradox of human embodiment and the divine. Along the way, we’ll develop an omnidirectional sense of the energetic atmosphere around us, increase our intuition, and practice moving through the world in harmony with the full continuum of being.

This is a structured, highly-focused process of spiritual maturation in which you’ll commune with the deepest parts of your self and the grandest parts of the mystery.

In every journey, there’s a time to seek a teacher. And then there comes a time to come home to the teacher within yourself. That’s what this container is for.
Katie is here to facilitate the (re)development of your embodied relationship with Source. Having done this work herself, she comes into the room deeply aware of where each person is at any given moment. There’s a palpable feeling of containment and care in her facilitation, which creates the safety needed to do such deep and high-energy work.
Katie’s gatherings and teachings are an alchemy of her ever-evolving fascinations and the transformative practices she explores in the present moment. Weaving together a tapestry of collected wisdom and personally cultivated modalities, she invites exploration through touch, voice, vibration, sound, dance, and movement. Each encounter with Katie becomes an inquiry, illuminating the profound interplay between your senses and the world around you, unraveling the secrets of your being as you delve into the realms of habits, freedom of choice, and expressiveness
About your Guide
* BI-MONTHLY LIVE CIRCLE WORK: We’ll circle for 90 minutes, two Sundays each month. This is a hybrid course - you will have the option to show up in-person or via Zoom. The first circle of the month, Katie will guide us into the portal for that month’s practice. She will transmit the teachings and all information relating to the psychosomatic, spiritual, and transpersonal elements of that chakra. We’ll tone that chakra together. Our second circle, we’ll tone again and talk through your process, answering any questions that have come up in your personal practice.
* ONGOING DIRECTION: In between, you will continue your work with each chakra, using the lens of that chakra to inform and explore your daily experience. You’ll have the opportunity to join the WhatsApp group, where you can continue to share your experiences with the circle.
* ACCESS TO COURSE RESOURCES: Downloadable video & audio recordings of all 18 sessions.
* ADDITIONAL RESOURCES: Journaling prompts, images, meditations, music, blessings and rituals, embodiment practices, and more.

This is an integration of traditional Tibetan Chakra Toning and a coalescing of a number of modalities, including somatics, spiritual embodiment, attachment work, and more. This is the next step on your journey. We all start with focusing on ourselves, then our focus moves out into our relationships. This apprenticeship takes that orientation into the next dimension, mapping the continuum of Self + Soul + Source and cultivating an omnidirectional alignment with That Which Moves.

No, you don’t – but, this apprenticeship is not for people just starting their spiritual journey. If you’ve spent a considerable amount of time doing embodiment work, spiritual work, trauma work, or attachment work, this is likely a fit for you. You will have three 1:1 sessions with Katie to integrate, check in, and receive assistance in your process. You can schedule those whenever the time is right for you during the course of our 9 month engagement. You will receive a link to Katie’s calendar upon enrollment.

Your sense of curiosity and courage. This is deep and powerful work, and it’s not something to be undertaken lightly. (Though you will, of course, be safe as we’re doing this. It’s a controlled burn, not a wildfire.)
If you’re joining us via Zoom, find a quiet space and bring whatever you need to feel comfortable – some folks like to take notes, while others prefer to soak the material up directly.
If you’re joining us in-person bring your water, notebooks, sacred items and whatever else you need to show up and be present.
