The Source Regulation Journey

A four-week return to embodied Source

Week One :

Establishing the Field

Safety, Orientation + Energetic Hygiene

Before anything can deepen, the nervous system must feel safe enough to soften.

In Week One, we establish the foundational conditions for regulation:

  • orienting the system toward safety and support

  • clearing excess stimulation and energetic noise

  • restoring a sense of boundary and internal reference

  • beginning to listen to the fluid body without force

This week is about stabilization, not fixing.
We create a field where the system can reorganize and trust.

Outcome:
You leave feeling more settled in your body, with a clearer sense of safety and internal space.

Week Two :

Coming Home to Presence

Ground, Center + Contain

With stability established, presence becomes possible.

In Week Two, you learn how to:

  • ground without collapsing or bracing

  • locate and return to your center

  • develop containment so sensation can move without overwhelm

  • stay with experience rather than managing or escaping it

Presence becomes a felt state rather than an effort.

Outcome:
You leave with a reliable sense of center and the ability to remain present with changing sensations and states.

Week Three :

Belonging in the Body

Holding the Whole of You

Regulation deepens when all of you are welcome.

In Week Three, we practice:

  • allowing emotional and energetic complexity without fragmentation

  • meeting intensity, tenderness, and feeling without self-abandonment

  • restoring belonging in places that learned to go offline

  • deepening relationship with the fluid nervous system as an inner guide

Week Four :

Embodied Source

Living, Creating + Serving from Overflow

In the final week, Source becomes lived experience.

We integrate the work into:

  • responding to stress without losing yourself

  • resourcing energy from within rather than effort or urgency

Source is no longer something you reach for—it is something you rest in.

You leave with a felt, embodied connection to Source that naturally informs how you live, relate, and serve.

Katie’s work is rooted in over two decades of lived practice in the healing arts, with a particular devotion to CranioSacral therapy and the intelligence of the fluid nervous system.
