Beneath symptoms, muscular holding, and protective patterning, there is a coherent movement seeking expression.

In Level I, we do not attempt to amplify that movement.
We stabilize ourselves enough to perceive it.

Through nervous system literacy and midline orientation, your hands begin to listen differently.

This includes foundational craniosacral contact skills ~ clear hand placements, stillpoint orientation, midline engagement, and perceptual tracking ~ practiced slowly, precisely, and with supervision.

CranioSacral Touch (QCST) is an integrative, field-aware approach to craniosacral work developed over more than two decades of clinical practice. Rooted in classical principles and expanded through somatic psychology and nervous system science, QCST emphasizes practitioner coherence before intervention. Rather than focusing primarily on structural correction, QCST trains practitioners to perceive organization expressed through fluid dynamics, midline continuity, and relational containment.

Level 1

What

Level I is devoted to stabilization.

Before technique deepens, presence must mature.
Before intervention refines, perception must stabilize.

You will be taught clear foundational contact forms and orientation skills that anchor perception into structure. These skills establish the technical base upon which Levels II and III expand.

This immersion establishes the internal and structural architecture necessary for advanced clinical development.

QCST unfolds in sequence.

Level I – Stabilization
Regulation, foundational contact forms, and perceptual refinement.

Level II – Field Deepening
Expanded fluid literacy, relational dynamics, and refined technical responsiveness.

Level III – Emergent Organization
Advanced midline integration, perceptual clarity, and practitioner discernment.

After completion of Levels I–III, students may apply for the 9-month QCST Practitioner Training, which includes supervised clinical hours, case development, mentorship, and formal assessment.

Certification is not automatic.
Depth precedes designation.

Katie Dove is the founder of Quantum CranioSacral Touch (QCST) and Source Regulation.

For more than 20 years, she has immersed herself in body-based healing arts, developing an integrative approach that bridges craniosacral therapy, somatic psychology, nervous system science, and subtle field perception.

She is the originator and translator of the 3D Nervous System framework and the Axis Field Flow Model — teaching practitioners to understand regulation as a three-dimensional organizing intelligence rather than a stress-response problem.

Her work is informed by decades of transpersonal and mystical study, including Kabbalistic frameworks, chakra systems, and quantum literacy. Through her teaching known as the Spiritual Nervous System, she synthesizes these streams into a grounded, clinically applicable model of embodiment.

Practitioner Training

    Prior hands-on experience is helpful but not required.
    Level I focuses on practitioner stabilization, nervous system literacy, foundational contact skills, and perceptual refinement.

  • Level I is part of a larger developmental pathway.

    Completion of Levels I–III allows students to apply for the 9-month QCST Practitioner Training.

    Certification is not immediate or automatic.
    QCST emphasizes maturation and demonstrated competence rather than rapid credentialing.

  • Traditional craniosacral trainings often emphasize anatomical technique, sequencing, and corrective intervention.

    QCST begins with practitioner regulation and field coherence.

    We train the nervous system of the practitioner before refining technique.
    The focus is perceptual accuracy, relational containment, and fluid-field organization rather than structural manipulation.

  • Yes.

    Each session includes supervised hands-on practice, guided perceptual exercises, and structured integration.

    Touch is non-invasive, slow, and regulation-centered.

  • Because this is a progressive immersion, attendance at all six sessions is strongly encouraged.

    If an absence is unavoidable, you will receive integration guidance to maintain continuity within the spiral.

    While subtle perception naturally develops, this training does not rely on belief systems or performative energy techniques.

    We emphasize embodied regulation, midline awareness, and relational presence.
