level I: the beginning of intelligent touch

Ready to slow down your hands, stabilize your nervous system

and begin the disciplined study of intelligent touch?

In this six-week immersion you will refine perception, cultivate coherent presence, and learn the foundational contact skills of Quantum CranioSacral Touch ~ not only how to touch, but how to touch intelligently.

activate presence ~ refine perception ~ cultivate coherence

The living organization

beneath structure

There is an intelligence within the body that is not mechanical.
It does not rush.
It does not impose.
It organizes.

Beneath symptoms, muscular holding, and protective patterning, there is a coherent movement seeking expression.

In Level I, we do not attempt to amplify that movement.
We stabilize ourselves enough to perceive it.

Through nervous system literacy and midline orientation, your hands begin to listen differently.
Not to fix.
But to follow.
Not to impose.
But to recognize the Divine Organizing System already at work.

This includes foundational craniosacral contact skills ~ clear hand placements, orientation to stillness in motion, midline engagement, and perceptual tracking ~ practiced slowly, precisely, and with supervision.

This six-week immersion introduces the foundational architecture of QCST.

About

CranioSacral Touch (QCST) is an integrative, field-aware approach to craniosacral work developed over more than two decades of clinical practice. Rooted in classical principles and expanded through somatic psychology and nervous system science, QCST emphasizes practitioner coherence before intervention. Rather than focusing primarily on structural correction, QCST trains practitioners to perceive organization expressed through fluid dynamics, midline continuity, and relational containment.

Craniosacral Touch

This work integrates:

* nervous system literacy
* vertical grounding + axis awareness
* foundational craniosacral contact forms
* fluid dynamics + the divine organizing system
* relational containment
* clinical humility + perceptual refinement

QCST is not mechanical technique. It is practitioner formation.

What

Level 1

develops

Level I is devoted to stabilization.

Before technique deepens, presence must mature.
Before intervention refines, perception must stabilize.

You will be taught clear foundational contact forms and orientation skills that anchor perception into structure. These skills establish the technical base upon which Levels II and III expand.

This immersion establishes the internal and structural architecture necessary for advanced clinical development.

Foundational Spiral

In This

you will:

* strengthen regulation in relational contact
* experience vertical grounding as a clinical resource
* understand the 3D Nervous System + Axis Field Flow model
* build the foundation for Levels II + III

Develop Practitioner Stability

Through supervised hands-on practice, you will begin to:

* learn precise craniosacral hand placements
* perceive subtle fluid rhythms
* recognize Stillness in Motion + That Which Moves
* orient to the midline as organizing axis
* practice non-invasive contact that follows rather than coerces
* track shifts in tone, tide + relational field dynamics

Refine listening Touch

touch becomes intelligent when it emerges from coherence

QCST

How

is different

QCST is not a technique upgrade

It is not energy work layered onto structure.
It is a practitioner-centered training model.

Where many craniosacral programs emphasize contact protocols, QCST trains:

* regulation before intervention
* coherence before correction
* perception before interpretation
* field stabilization before amplification

Technique is taught ~ but it is taught in sequence, emerging from regulation rather than overriding it.

The emphasis is not on doing more.
It is on perceiving more accurately.

When the practitioner stabilizes vertically and relationally, organization unfolds differently ~ not because it is imposed, but because it is coherently met.

the hands refine as the nervous system quiets

The Foundational Spiral begins with stabilization

When you are ready to refine your instrument, the field responds.

Training Path

The

Complete

QCST unfolds in sequence

Level I ~ Stabilization
regulation, foundational contact forms + perceptual refinement.

Level II ~ Field Deepening
expanded fluid literacy, relational dynamics + refined technical responsiveness.

Level III ~ Emergent Organization
advanced midline integration, perceptual clarity + practitioner discernment.

After completion of Levels I–III, students may apply for the 9-month QCST Practitioner Training, which includes supervised clinical hours, case development, mentorship, and formal assessment.

Certification is not automatic.
Depth precedes designation.

Katie Dove is the founder of Quantum CranioSacral Touch (QCST) and Source Regulation.

For more than 20 years, she has immersed herself in body-based healing arts, developing an integrative approach that bridges craniosacral therapy, somatic psychology, nervous system science, and subtle field perception.

She is the originator and translator of the 3D Nervous System framework and the Axis Field Flow Model — teaching practitioners to understand regulation as a three-dimensional organizing intelligence rather than a stress-response problem.

Her work is informed by decades of transpersonal and mystical study, including Kabbalistic frameworks, chakra systems, and quantum literacy. Through her teaching known as the Spiritual Nervous System, she synthesizes these streams into a grounded, clinically applicable model of embodiment.

Her teaching emphasizes practitioner coherence before intervention.
She believes the body is not broken — it is organizing.

About your Guide

  • No.
    Prior hands-on experience is helpful but not required.

    Level I focuses on practitioner stabilization, nervous system literacy, foundational contact skills, and perceptual refinement.

  • Level I is part of a larger developmental pathway.

    Completion of Levels I–III allows students to apply for the 9-month QCST Practitioner Training.

    Certification is not immediate or automatic.

    QCST emphasizes maturation and demonstrated competence rather than rapid credentialing.

  • Because this is a progressive immersion, attendance at all six sessions is strongly encouraged.

    If an absence is unavoidable, you will receive integration guidance to maintain continuity within the spiral.

  • Yes.

    Each session includes supervised hands-on practice, guided perceptual exercises, and structured integration.

    Touch is non-invasive, slow, and regulation-centered.

Quantum CranioSacral Touch

Practitioner Training

  • Traditional craniosacral trainings often emphasize anatomical technique, sequencing, and corrective intervention.

    QCST begins with practitioner regulation and field coherence.

    We train the nervous system of the practitioner before refining technique.
    The focus is perceptual accuracy, relational containment, and fluid-field organization rather than structural manipulation.

  • QCST is grounded in nervous system science and fluid dynamics.

    While subtle perception naturally develops, this training does not rely on belief systems or performative energy techniques.

    We emphasize embodied regulation, midline awareness, and relational presence.

  • This immersion is ideal if you:

    – Value depth over speed
    – Are willing to slow down perception
    – Want to strengthen regulation in relational contact
    – Feel called to subtle work but want a grounded framework

    This program may not be aligned if you are looking for rapid technique acquisition, high-velocity certification, or force-based intervention strategies.

  • Level I establishes stabilization and perceptual refinement.

    Levels II and III deepen field responsiveness and emergent organization.

    After completion of the Foundational Spiral, qualified students may apply for the 9-month QCST Practitioner Training.

The Spiral continues

Every practitioner reaches a moment
when technique is no longer enough.

When doing less becomes more precise.
When listening becomes more powerful than intervening.
When stillness begins to organize.

Level I is where the instrument is tuned.

The axis stabilizes.
Perception refines.
Urgency softens.

And something quieter begins to move.

Not because it is summoned,
but because it is finally met.

If you feel called to this work, begin where stability is built.

The spiral does not rush.
It deepens.
